When Jana Kramer isn’t wearing short shorts or a crop top on stage, she loves showing off her curves in a bikiոi or swimsսit – despite the fact that she wasn’t always proud of her appearance.

“When I look at this photo, I see strength,” she wrote on Instagram in November 2021 while wearing a bikiոi and posing for a mirror selfie.

“This isn’t a thirst trap photo, a ‘I want attention post,’ or a post designed to make you compare your body to mine. “This is a post about how proud I am of my body.”

“If I’m being honest, I lost a little too much weight after my divorce, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy the number I saw,” the One Tree Hill alum added, referring to her divorce from former football player Mike Caussin in July 2021.

“However, that is an unhealthy way of looking at it. It should never come down to a number. It should be about your feelings.”

The mother of two then gave a motivational speech about how proud she is of the work she has put in to achieve her “divorce body.”

“When I look at this picture now, I’m proud of myself for all of my hard work and dedication to loving myself. This body gave birth to two lovely humans. “I’m proud of my body,” she says.

“It’s not just because I have new boobs, though yes they are two perks and since my breast augmentation I have felt more empowered about my decision.

I’m proud of the decisions I’ve made for myself. And I want to encourage you to do what makes you happy, too: move the way you want to move, flaunt your accomplishments, and feel your inner strength.

And be proud of yourself, regardless of your shape or size.”

Following her divorce, the “I Got the Boy” singer, who has two children with her ex-husband, opened up about her decision to undergo surgery in honor of International Women’s Day.

“The next chapter, the next me, is liberated. She’s happy. Even on her own. I’m ready to fall in love with myself, including my body.

“I have no idea what tomorrow holds,” she captioned a May 2021 Instagram post. “All I know is that I was good enough before and that I am good enough now.

I am grateful to everyone who has assisted me in regaining my strength. Nobody can ever take it from me again.”
